An Amazon-branded Boeing 767-300 cargo jet, operated under the Prime Air program, overran the runway in Miami and crashed into a lot holding Tesla Cybercabs. Five people were killed, according to reports from the Financial Times and ZeroHedge.
The Financial Times noted the crash is the latest in a string of recent US aviation accidents, raising fresh questions about oversight of cargo carriers and airport safety margins. Neither Amazon nor Tesla have detailed the cause of the overshoot in the material reviewed here.
